Brazil is proving itself to be foremost among all the nations of the world in UFO/ET disclosure and the first to really begin to experience the UFO/ET exopolitical tsunami http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/2010/04/ufoet-political-tsunami.html that I have been discussing in previous articles. Much of the credit for this UFO/ET disclosure in Brazil is due to long time civilian UFO investigators like A.J. Gevaerd editor of Brazil's UFO Magazine and their military and political counterparts in the Brazilian government.
It's clear that Brazil does not just talk democracy, they are putting democracy into practice daily in regards to UFO/ET disclosure and other matters. This is true democratic leadership, of by and for the people, as it should be practiced by all countries of the world. The public cooperation between Brazilian civilians and the Brazilian authorities far exceeds anything going on in other countries.
The real game changer is that other groups not part of Brazil's UFO community are piling on to pressure the government for more disclosure. This is something that civilians and policymakers around the world need to keep a close eye upon. So far shadow governments in the U.S. and around the globe have been able to contain disclosure within UFO communities and away from the general public. If this containment breaks down as seems to be happening in Brazil, disclosure could accelerate exponentially in all countries.
According to A.J. Gevaerd's web site http://www.ufo.com.br/ and with Google Translate http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=pt&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ufo.com.br%2F the Brazilian Committee of Ufologists (CBU) has joined with other organizations outside of Brazil's UFO community to assist in pressuring for more disclosure of documents and at higher levels of sensitivity.
A.J. Gevaerd says on his website that, "The CBU has joined the Forum for the Right of Access to Public Information, a large organization with many member organizations who all fight together for release of government information in Brazil." AJ says, "It is difficult for individuals or small groups to pressure for the release of information separately, so different groups with different agendas have organized to battle for the release of government information as a cohesive unit." A.J. tells me that the pro-disclosure environment is improving so rapidly in Brazil that both high level military officers and politicians are beginning to come out in force to aggressively support UFO/ET disclosure.
I have already written about some of the Brazilian military authorities who have come out in support of disclosure so I asked A.J. if politicians were speaking out for disclosure as well, and A.J says, " Yes a few, and more and more every day."
The latest political and military figure to emerge to publicly talk about UFOs is Lieutenant Brigadier Socrates da Costa Monteiro in a interview with A.J. Gevaerd. http://translate.google.com/translate?js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=1&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ufo.com.br%2Findex.php%3Farquivo%3DnotComp.php%26id%3D4545&sl=pt&tl=en and the whole article and in good English here file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/OWNER/Local%20Settings/Temporary%20Internet%20Files/Content.IE5/1TYNRGFT/letter[1].html For other interviews with other high level military and public officials go here. http://www.cohenufo.org/BrazilianUFODocumentsReleased.htm
The government of the United States and Brazil have a long history of covert UFO/ET collaboration going back to the very beginning of the UFO/ET cover up as evidenced by material like the Fontes Briefing. http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/2007/11/1958-fontes-saucer-briefing.html I asked A.J. Gevaerd if he had uncovered any documentation indicating that the United States was behind the continued extreme reluctance of the Brazilian government to release more sensitive UFO/ET documents that they have admitted to possessing. (I will edit in his response when he gets back with me.)
A.J. will be speaking at Steve Bassett's exopolitical conference this year May 7-10. http://www.paradigmresearchgroup.org/main.html . I think Steve has made a very good move to hold the conference in the National Press Building as this should really help to keep exopolitics on the national media map.
What is breaking out into the open in Brazil is bubbling just below the surface in other countries all around the world. I have been reporting on this in previous articles. What is happening in Brazil is the most visible portion of a much greater societal upheaval undercurrent developing in regards to the integration into extraterrestrial realities.
In the feedback from my latest article I was told about an article in the Washington Times Inside the Beltway Column. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2010/jan/25/inside-the-beltway-64915953/?page=2 It's nice to see the ridicule factor fading on UFO/ET issues in US national media outlets. I don't think this is happening by chance, but seems to indicate a more tolerant CIA policy toward UFOs in the major mass media.
The article says, "Some people contend that lawmakers act like they're from another planet. Then there are those convinced that otherworldly affairs play a distinct role in politics, like Denver-based activist Jeff Peckman, who insists the nation needs an "Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission" and demands that President Obama, in the name of "transparency," release 60 years worth of official records about UFOs. "
"Mr. Peckman borrows Cold War reasoning from former President Reagan in an impassioned plea: "President Obama, if you seek peace, if you seek prosperity for the United States and the world, if you seek truth, come here to this historic opportunity. Mr. President, open the files on UFOs and extraterrestrial visitors. Mr. President, 'tear down this wall' of UFO secrecy," Mr. Peckham says."
Another big thing bubbling just beneath the surface in the United States are the Military UFO Working Group's activities. Things have really been coming to a head recently. See my previous article on the Tenth Fleet. http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/2010/04/navys-tenth-fleet.html and
